We love to make live edge furniture and working with various types of wood. We wanted to create a premium artisan product made from solid wood that has a natural edge and could be used in any space. Hence, the introduction of Live Edge floating shelves were inevitable.

The amount of weight a shelf can hold varies depending on the quality of installation, the structure of the wall the shelf is attached to, the size of the shelf, and how the weight is distributed. Your shelf will always be strongest when attached directly to all studs.
All our products are made from locally harvested wood that is hand-milled and dried in a solar kiln. The trees are all hand-selected from trees growing on our property in Wooster, Ohio, and we carefully select only mature trees so that the forest ecosystem is preserved.
* Each piece is unique and will come with different variations of wood knots, wood patterns, and natural wood colors which will be different than shown in the picture.
CUSTOMIZATIONS:
Not only do we offer Black Walnut but we also have Maple, Ash, Oak, Sycamore, East Indian Rosewood, Cherry, Catalpa, Cottonwood and many more exotic species. We have hundreds of slabs in stock and can accommodate various sizes even as long as 12 ft

We can engrave anything on your shelf. From letters to logos to various designs, anything is possible. We can add epoxy to fill the engraving. This will be an additional charge depending on each project.
