Below are our current estimated lead times as of February 12, 2026.

Please note: Lead times are estimates and can vary slightly based on order volume, customization, and material availability.

Expedited Requests: We do have an option to skip our production line and our  staff prioritize your project. 

Current Production Lead Times With Shipping

  • Doors: 3–8 weeks 
  • Gates: 2–8 weeks
  • Large Reptile Enclosures: 2–8 weeks
  • Laundry Toppers: 4–8 weeks
  • Live Edge Slabs: 2–5 days
  • Small Reptile Enclosures: 2–4 weeks
  • Wire Shelf Covers: 3–7 days
  • Standard box shipments (most small items): ships within 3 business days

Delivery & Shipping

We take extra care to ensure your custom pieces arrive safely:

  • Hand delivery for orders over $500: To minimize the risk of damage from carriers like UPS, FedEx, and freight services (such as R+L), we personally deliver high-value items to your location.
  • Fully assembled delivery: Nearly all products are delivered fully assembled unless the product listing or your order notes specifically indicate otherwise.
  • Delivery only (no installation): Our delivery drivers are trained professionals who safely transport your items. They do not provide installation, mounting, modification, or onsite alterations. If you need installation assistance, please arrange for a local handyman or contractor.
