Shipping Policy Guidelines

Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding all Federal and Postal holidays.

Most of our products are handmade to order. Each product page shows its current lead time, which is the time we need to build your order before it ships.

Ready made items ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Made to order items ship within the lead time shown on the product page (for example gates in 4 to 10 weeks and doors in 6 to 12 weeks). See our Custom Wood Lead Times page for the full list.

Shipping Times

Free Standard Shipping on eligible items: Typically arrives in 4–7 business days

Priority Shipping: Typically arrives in 1–3 business days

Hand Delivery Items: Typically arrives in 6-8 business weeks.

Incorrect Address / Return to Sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or business closure, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
