Production Team Raise Schedule

This page explains how our quarterly raises work. Raises are evaluated every quarter beginning at the start of each new quarter. Next date of review is: April 1st, 2026.

Attendance & Reliability

This is the foundation. No skill growth matters without consistency.

Requirements
  1. Present and on time for at least 95% of scheduled shifts (target: no more than one call-off per month per 90-day period).
  2. No unexcused absences.
  3. Any schedule conflicts must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  4. Standard schedule is 10:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday. Minimum hours: 24 in a 4-day week and 30 in a 5-day week. Missed hours must be made up within the same work week.
  5.  No repeated last-minute call-offs.
Failure Clause: More than 2 unexcused incidents during the 90 days will result in raise eligibility being paused or reset at management's discretion.

This protects our brand and prevents costly rework.

What the Raise Really Means

Every approved raise adds $0.50 per hour.

Based on a 35-hour week:

$0.50 Raise
• +$17.50 per week
• About +$76 per month
• About +$910 per year

If an employee earns all four raises (total +$2.00/hour):

$2.00 Raise
• +$70 per week
• About +$303 per month
• About +$3,640 per year
Small raises add up. Consistency turns effort into real income growth.
Final Raise Decision Criteria

Raises are earned through performance, not just time on the job.

To qualify for the raise, the employee must:
  1. Meet all Attendance, Reliability, and Behavior standards
  2. Meet at least 85–90% of performance expectations overall
  3. Show clear improvement versus their starting point
