4 of the 13 board I ordered were not live edge. The were cut square on one side of the wood. The other side was live edge. I get 13 boards is a large order. If there was difficulty filling the order all the seller needed to do was message me. Instead took 3 weeks and they tried to pull a fast one.

What beautiful sturdy gate. My husband just protected it with a piece of plexiglass. It’s too nice to be screwed up by claws and paws. Highly recommend stumps custom wood team!

Great heat panels! Different than I normally use but work great.

I would suggest maybe a pre drilled mounting bracket's for bolts and nuts but other than that they are great!

I was unhappy with this product for the following reasons- horizontal slats is asking a small child to climb it - I do not believe vertical was an option at the time I purchased it. Also the two wall sliders I do not believe war stained in antique white like I ordered - the gate was. There was no hardware to keep the gate attached to a post or from easily being pushed back. I spoke to Nate a couple of weeks ago and sent him pictures. He was going to send me a slider block and some hardware, but have not received either. I have modified it to be vertical and have painted it all white. Hindsight is I should’ve sent it back, but Nate was such a nice guy and said it was a new product so I agreed to modify it myself.

Appreciate the shelf could be made to size but very surprised it is basically stained wood, not polyurethaned as a finish coat. I will polyurethane it so it looks finished but would not have ordered had I known. Plus it is a bit warped in the back so it doesn’t lay flat on wire shelf below.

Nice but the groove around the outside wasn't so good. Corners didn't come out even and the engraving is rough. The wood is great.
